Civil Engineer, builder, developer responsible for more than 1 million sqm built with specialization in the Tilt Up system.

Originated and structured more than 2.5 million sqm in commercial, residential, industrial buildings, logistics warehouses and data centers, including Logra São Bernardo do Campo (Ford), CYlog Extrema, Aurea Dutra 213.

In the data center segment, participated in the structuring of a project with 200MVA in Santana de Parnaíba.

Has been working for 25 years in the Real Estate market, especially with logistics warehouses and Built To Suit structuring.

Has been manager partner of Carbone Construtora, Integritate Real Estate, Veremonte Real Estate and PIB Incorporadora. 

Partner. Graduated in Administration from EAESP-FGV / SP, and post graduated in Marketing and Strategy from UC Berkeley / CA, USA; 

He has more than 23 years of experience mainly in the Brazilian real estate market; Participated in the issuance of more than R$ 4.5 billion in equity or debt resources, including financing of real estate projects and asset-guaranteed securities. He was portfolio manager of a Real Estate Investment Fund with R$315M of AUM.

Civil Engineer, graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 1987.

Has been working for more than 30 years in the management of large contracts and business development in the area of civil construction and development with projects in the Hospitality, Shopping Center and Residential segments.

Civil Engineer, graduated from the Polytechnic School of USP in 1985. He also has a specialization course in enterprise management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP.

More than 35 years of experience in civil construction, having participated in more than 1,400 works throughout the country.​​

Extensive experience in "company building" of financial services companies focused on the real estate sector, such as UBF  Seguros, the first Brazilian insurance company specializing in guarantee insurance, Rio Bravo Investimentos, leader in real estate funds, RB Capital, the largest real estate security company and CrediHome, a pioneer in mortgage financing.

Graduated in Business Administration from São Judas University; MBA in Controllership and Finance (FEA-USP); Finance Executive with more than 20 years of experience, including international, developed in Industries and Holdings, Open and Closed Capital, of different cultures and sectors such as Metallurgical / Automotive, Textile, Real Estate, Cements, Engineering and Construction and Shipbuilding Industry.

Worked as an Investor and co-developer with large corporations in residential and logistics projects in Brazil. Having 43 years of experience in real estate. Being responsible for the origination, development and consolidation of projects, totaling R$ 8.5 billion in sales. Founded by companies: DEVELOPER Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A, BemCasa and Aurea Asset. Worked as a partner of XP Gestão, responsible for strategy and investment in real estate assets via investment funds.

Partner, responsible for compliance and internal controls (ICVM 558/2015) and for the strategy related to Real Estate. Graduated in Production Engineering from UFRJ; Columbia Business School; He has more than 25 years of experience in the Private Investment market; Extensive experience in the Board of Directors and Board of Directors of companies such as: Camargo Corrêa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, Alpargatas, Lojas Americanas and Credihome.

Electrical Engineer from FEI/SBC, Master in Power Systems from Poli/USP.

Has been working for 20 years in the area of Energy Systems, and infrastructure projects in GT&D and urban mobility. He was Head of Engineering at Toshiba Infrastructure. 

Currently, Director of Engineering, technically responsible for the development of projects in Hyperscale and EDGE Data Centers, with more than 200MW in prospecting and negotiation.

In the logistics segment, has developed and participated in more than 2 million sqm of warehouses, such as LPG Guarulhos, LPG Campinas and LPG Guarulhos II, Sakamundi and Botinha, Kinea Guarulhos, Logra São Bernardo do Campo (Ford), CYlog Extrema, Aurea Dutra 213 .
