VOCATION OF THE PROJECT

The first stage was based on defining the vocation of an area of 4,400,000 square meters in the city of Sete Lagoas in Minas Gerais, as an industrial and logistical project through market research with the company Urban System. The development of the project project was based on flexibility strategies for implementing new companies with the possibility of adjusting the size of the plots according to the needs of each industry.
