Aurea Finvest's business unit is responsible for the strategic management of large real estate assets, preferably located in the growth vector of cities between urban and rural areas. With operations in several states in Brazil, its purpose is to create value by designing, approving, developing and marketing strategic real estate projects. Location = Urban expansion zone of Sete Lagoas/MG
The project is predominantly focused on the industrial and logistics sectors, with opportunities for residential and commercial development. The project currently has national and international visibility, with its development well-directed. Large industries have set up shop in the project together with logistics companies, and an airfield for executive aviation with a 1,400 m runway will be built, which will anchor the entire residential development.
